Shipping & handling

Items are usually shipped within 3–7 working days; delivery typically takes 10–30 working days. A tracking number is always provided. For some international destinations the backdrop ships folded in a box due to carrier restrictions.

Care — removing creases

Folding may leave slight creases. Remove them easily by either:

• gently ironing the back side with a cool iron (no water, no steam), or
• tightly rolling the backdrop around a cylindrical object and leaving it for a few days.
